I am a new client with 3 young dogs and thought your vet service strives on holistic care and promoting friendly service. I did not have this happen to me. Staff were ignoring me and my dog. When I finally saw the vet she was rough and didn’t take the time to pet it even make my dog at ease when she was digging in her ears. How disappointing for this practice. I gave you 2 chances and both times I was amazed at the lack of compassion and basic kindness towards myself and my dog. Will not recommend you at all!
The staff (nurses and vets) didn’t greet us, weren’t friendly at all. Our dog was scared of the vet, the vet wasn’t very gentle or patient with our dog. Overall not a good experience. Don’t recommend.
