This about the staff, my husband had an appointment at 1:50 last Wednesday, we arrived on time was taken to a room ,doctor didn't come in so after waiting 40 minutes went to remind them we are waiting,your next .Another 20 minutes goes by we go out and say we have waited an hour,nurses comment was your next.We left they never attempted to explain why he wasn't being seen.
Dr. Macbean provides quality care, but her staff is in need of training. I was told that a procedure would be covered and if there might be any extra costs I'd receive a call prior to the procedure. I received no such call and then received hundreds of dollars in bills long after it the procedure was done. While I received an apology from the person I spoke to, it doesn't do anything about the bills.
