My hair is nothing like what I requested to be done am this is because I went twice in a week the first hair stylist couldn’t give me the v cut nor could she add layers to my hair because she claimed she only did normal hair cuts an then so I asked anyways if she could cut some of my hair because it was making me depressed how much dead hair I had on my ends plus how tangled my hair continuously keeps getting so she cut some of it off. Great service my mother was very happy going back for a second appointment
I’m really disappointed with my experience with Kay. From the start, the appointment felt rushed and the attitude came off as rude and unprofessional. My concerns weren’t really listened to, and I didn’t feel comfortable speaking up during the service.
Don’t get bangs here, I was squirted in the face with a water bottle and then my bangs were cut unevenly an inch above my eyebrows
