I got Catalytic converter replacement for hyundai ix35 2014 model. They charged 1560$ for replacement. The bill was just a number, there was no itemised bill without showing individual cost of the spare part price, labour charges, sealsetc which raises the concerns about high price being charged. Raised my concerns but didn't get satisfactory answer except the complimentary road side assistance.
We managed to get a spot with such short notice - very lucky, as this is our preferred service centre. We got a report on the condition of vehicle within a few hours. The video report is fantastic and commentary is explained in layman’s terms. The price of service and parts is placed well in the market. Happy to return in 10”000kms. Oops! Sooner than that as our grand old lady Aurion is due for a check up.
