I mailed in some mini medals with a note requesting they email me so I could coordinate an online order with it to save on shipping and get one invoice. They were fantastic working with my request and fast returning my order -- which looks great! Been using them for years and will continue to do so until my final order ends up in a shadowbox. I have used UltraThin for almost 20 years. They do an amazing job with mounting ribbons and medals. In addition to myself, I have used them for my wife, mother-in-law and the ribbon racks for both of kids' Civil Air Patrol Cadet shadowboxes. Most recently, I wanted a VERY curated set of miniature medals to wear on formal outfits like a tux or CAP formalwear. They followed my instructions beautifully and I have the most amazing set to wear on formal occasions. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I've used this company for almost 16 years, always great at what they do. If there is ever an issue with an order they always go the extra mile to get it corrected!
