I have used UltraThin for almost 20 years. They do an amazing job with mounting ribbons and medals. In addition to myself, I have used them for my wife, mother-in-law and the ribbon racks for both of kids' Civil Air Patrol Cadet shadowboxes. Most recently, I wanted a VERY curated set of miniature medals to wear on formal outfits like a tux or CAP formalwear. They followed my instructions beautifully and I have the most amazing set to wear on formal occasions. I can't recommend them highly enough!
I stopped by to order a name plate for my dog's urn.
I've used this company for almost 16 years, always great at what they do. If there is ever an issue with an order they always go the extra mile to get it corrected!
Helpful! Friendly! & reasonably priced! I needed some pins for a uniform last minute, and I called ahead to ensure they had the correct ones! I believe their name was Helen who had helped me, and they were extremely helpful and ensured they were the correct size, etc. I went to go and pick them up and another sales associate was also so friendly and reiterated that if they didn’t have something I needed, to call ahead of time and they were likely able to order it through their supplier! The UltraThin team came through quick fast and in a hurry on a last-minute order for a new rack. The rack-builder on the website was easy to navigate and select the correct options and mounting hardware. My regret is that I took so long to write this review and give credit where it's due for the outstanding product and service provided by this team.
