Don’t pay for the expedited service. I ordered last Monday they processed the order and threw it in the mail five days later. It have been setting at the post office in OK that they use for five days now. Not sure how any company providing an expedited services this USPS = expedited.
I have been using them probably over a decade. If I didn't always hand off my ribbons to kids or family members, I'd definitely exchange them in to add to my rack.
They definitely earned my business. I had to go back and forth with them several times to get things just right, and every single time it was patient, helpful, and detail-oriented. They didn’t rush me or treat me like it was just another order, they really seem to care about what they do and who they’re serving.
