Doesn’t work in cold weather, at -20 stopped. Long wait for repair person to come and look at it, still waiting a week later…. May return it as if they can’t heat my house and I need to use my pellet stove, why spend on these as I bought 2 of them. Finally a year later, 3 technicians later, they work! You have to keep on them to send someone to fix the issues… If I had to do it again, I would pick a different supplier….

Premier contact Dereck! On peut dire qu'il connaît très bien ces machines et qu'il en est très fier. Souriant professionnel et très aimable. Puis que dire du service ça n'a pas été compliqué, ça n'a pas été long et surtout j'ai bien aimé et rit avec les gars, Chris et Mikael. J'ai eu besoin de services après vente et ça a été aussi très rapide. Merci beaucoup à toute l'équipe d'Ultratek.
