Morgan & the entire staff exceed all the expectations anyone would have for customer service. The salon is extremely clean & has fantastic beds! I wanted to mention Taylor! She is amazing & makes you feel like you're in a 5☆resort!

This location has gotten much better over the past few months. Morgan does a great job and is always friendly.
I stopped in to try Palm Beach Tan in Ocean Isle, as I just moved here and the assistant manager told me even though according to the website you can try their services for free before you buy a membership. I wasn’t allowed to. She also explained that I wasn’t allowed to tan unless I bought one of their tanning lotions that’s absolutely ridiculous…not sure I’ll be going back there
