Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Coming from some who had worked in the service industry for a good amount of time I am usually very patient and understanding when it comes to the types of things. I understood walking in when I saw 4 girls ahead of me that it might be a 45 minute wait. However they mixed up the order, and I was there from 7:45 to 9:20. The employee was very sweet truly, and helpful when she could help. I inquired about the free tan and she had to call the owner and I was told, id have to only pay for the cartriage that was completly fine and I was willing to pay. But then after talking to her boss more I was told "nevermind" and had to pay the total of $32 to do so.
