Extremely disappointed with Palm Beach Tan Augusta’s customer service and billing practices. I originally signed up for the $19.95/month sunless membership (1 free spray tan per month, not including additives), only because I was told I could use it while back home in Columbia, SC. Will happily never go again to this location. Had an absolutely awful experience with the manager after receiving a botched fake tan that was supposed to be "free" but somehow i still had to pay over $25 for the shittiest tan of my life. Allison was rude, unapologetic for my splotchy tan, offered zero actual helpful advice, and as she was hanging up said "if that's all you needed then bye". Called to get an appointment and I used to own 2 tanning studios in Pennsylvania , here for work and she tells me I can only tan 5 minutes! Please I know my body and you can see how dark I am and you want to give me 5 minutes in a bed that 10 or 12 ! Rip off !
I went here about a week ago. I paid a total of $48 - $30 for the tanning bed, and then I got charged another $18 for some membership that I had told the young woman working I did not want to get. So I asked if I could tan for 20 minutes and she said I could. I asked her what beds she recommended and I went in one that she said was really good.
