I loved Ultra tan. I have been going there for months. Then they changed to Palm Tanning and I’m canceling my membership. Went to tan today after going last night when I got off work and was told that you have to wait 24 hours before tanning again. That is ridiculous! We pay monthly to go there and they will not tell me when I can and can not tan. I can’t go back tonight after 5:45 like they said because I have plans. So I’m now basically paying for a monthly package that no longer allows me to go when I want. No thank you! ... read more
RecommendedGreat people working here....like family! Very clean including their public restroom. Terrific beds. Great pricing on fees for monthly membership. I always want to stay after my tanning!
I went before Easter. My first time spray tanning and I had a wonderful experience!! I looked great afterwards. I have red hair and I’m naturally pale, I still looked pretty natural!
Horrible! Rude girls! My daughter is very pale. Told them she wanted the light spray tan and they did the dark. She has terrible lines also. Was suppose to be $9.95 for 1st time and they lied to her and told her I had called and said to add whatever would be good for her!
Unbelievable horrible experience. I would give them a negative 10 if i could. Their computer system had no issue taking my payment for their platinum membership yet they could not complete the transaction for the monthly membership within it. The only option I could where I could tan would be to use someone else's account which was not professional or ethical. When I asked if I could have my money back I was refused. All r always nice friendly always tell me about the newest sales but never pushy.
I love my Hickory Ultratan family. The beds are awesome! They also have deals going on all the time. � Highly recommend if you are looking for the best place to tan.
