UltraStor is a GREAT facility that supports thousands of people around the GTA!! UltraStor provides space for many small businesses and customers but are not responsible for disputes between businesses and their customers. Unfortunately when an individual uses a service and refuses to pay, then tries to damage the reputation of UltraStor and innocent businesses operating there.

DO NOT TRUST THE "MECHANICS" OPERATING OUT OF THIS STORAGE FACILITY. I’m writing this to warn everyone and to get the attention of Ultrastor management. There are guys running an illegal, unlicensed car mechanic shop out of storage units here, and they are straight-up scammers. They lured me in through Facebook Marketplace, but the work they did completely messed up my car.
