There are guys running an illegal, unlicensed car mechanic shop out of storage units here, and they are straight-up scammers. These guys are running a total scam taking money for faulty work and then being abusive and they are doing it right on your property. I’ve been ripped off by them, and what’s worse is that they are handing out the security passcodes for the front and side doors to random people from Facebook Marketplace. Your facility has zero security because of this. Since this illegal business is still running, it makes me wonder: Are you guys also involved in this?
