Customer service is terrible with this company. Bought a new electrical cabinet and they said it was plug and play. Did not work. Worked with then on the phone and email for two weeks, still bad. Sent it to them with three issues, and they sent it back saying it was tested and good. Came back with two of the three same issues. They said I burnt up a drive, so they had to replace it, and they were going to charge me for the drive and the labor for replacing it.
