The equipment itself was fine, but some of the ride operators were awful! There were 6 that we interacted with at the International Festival in Perrysburg, and three should NOT be allowed to run rides at events with small children. The very worst was the operator of the baseball/wipeout ride. He continually yelled at children, kicked kids off the ride if he thought they might cry because he didn’t want to hear it (his words), and was overall rude and impatient with the small children. Great rates. Competent employees who are friendly.
DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY! Worse experience with these people! What’s sad it was with the owner himself I heard after expressing my concerns to many people! I can’t believe how you can be so rude and nasty to little children and still keep your license for a company! Very unprofessional

Very responsive and helpful! We worked with Terence K to rent party equipment for a large festival. Terence worked very hard with us and the event manager to make sure we had all of our liability and documents in order. Hope to do business with Ultra Sound in the future!
