I’ve been here a few times. The first time I was running late, but luckily the person before me had gotten there earlier so they simply swapped our appt times around and were so kind about it. Staff are always so lovely and kind.
While I would give 5 stars because I usually always have a great experience here, today’s experience really made me leave upset I’m 34 weeks pregnant with my first baby. Usually, at all other appointments I’ve had here, I leave with beautiful images with different angles and a mix of 2D/3D images. The sonographer I had today, didn’t give me a good look even in person at different angles of my baby in 3D or 2D, gave me 5 images of pretty much the same bad quality photos where you can barely see baby’s face The appointment its... read more
My experience today with Armie (sonographer) and Dr Pineda was so positive. I’ve had this particular procedure before and last time it was very painful and distressing, so I was quite nervous today. Armie and Dr Pineda did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and at ease. Armie was extremely gentle and thoughtful and made sure the procedure was as pain free as possible. Highly recommend this dream team!
We had our 34 weeks scan today and we couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Kaylene. She’s very friendly, informative, and will just make you feel comfortable all throughout the scan. She is absolutely amazing at what she does and she makes sure you’re informed on every step she’s doing and tells you every part she’s scanning. Will definitely recommend!
Reception and staff were lovely and accommodating when I called them very concerned about some bleeding during my pregnancy. I was so relieved to find out that everything was okay with my baby! Thank you to the lovely reception lady and staff who did my scans :)
