We had a very positive experience with Dr. Steven. He was extremely professional and patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His detailed explanations helped ease our concerns and gave us a much better understanding of the situation. We also want to thank the friendly and helpful reception staffs, who promptly assisted us in arranging a suitable appointment time. The entire team was efficient, warm, and supportive. Highly recommended!
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism at the front desk. I specifically booked an appointment for the NIPT test, which is a blood test—yet when I arrived, I was told they don’t even have a pathology service on site to perform it. At places like Sydney Ultrasound for Women, both the ultrasound and NIPT blood test are done in one visit—so I reasonably assumed this clinic offered the same. But apparently not. I was very anxious before doing a HycoSy procedure due to a difficult experience two years ago, but both Brendan and Dr Pineda made it as relaxed as possible for me. They took it slow and conducted the procedure with great empathy and compassion. We managed to complete the procedure without any hiccups. Highly recommend their services if you need to have a HycoSy done.
Today, I feel truly happy as the sonographer was so good at her job, friendly, and helpful. I've had many scans done elsewhere, but she stood out by taking the time to explain to me. Something I've rarely experienced before with other places. The scans I previously had at St Leonards and Bella Vista cost $488 after the rebate. This time, I only paid $142 after the rebate, even though the scans were identical (I confirmed this with my OB yesterday, the scan is the same). The price difference is astonishing!
