I'm so happy I found this place! Their prices are astoundingly affordable and the place is clean with a cozy environment. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, quick to get in for appointments! I called on Friday and got in first thing Monday morning. This place is a definite go to for any ultrasound needs! I needed monitoring for my fertility cycle out of town and needed a local monitoring facility- Mercy wanted to charge $1,300 for the same test that Ultrasound First is charging $150. This place is a top list pick!!!!
While they were great getting me scheduled right away, appointment times mean nothing to this team. Not only were they well over 40minutes behind, they never once notified anyone waiting of the delays. I tried to confirm the day the appointment was made how long I could expect this to take and was told 6 minutes. Very clean, quick and nice staff!
Skip the hospitals and chain ultrasound providers, Ultrasound First is where you want to be. When you’re getting a test you’re already anxious about, the staff at UF knows how to make you feel at ease. The best bedside manner, very professional and clean office. Highly recommend.
Update: It looks like they will reopen. Any chance I can contact some one to get a valid code for the diagnosis I received to file with insurance company? No complaints with service received in fact they were very friendly, kind and helpful. But they now appear to be closed.?
