Fantastic, lady doing the scan was amazing really friendly and chatty. The whole experience was just wonderful. The gel is warmed in a bottle warmer as well so that was really awesome. Totally recommend it and have done to one of my friends who's expecting.
Appalling experience from start to finish. First the sonographer was late by over two hours. We where told only when we arrived. One couple ahead of us so we where told to go off to 'get a coffee' and we would be called. Called and told to return. Couple ahead of us still as they had returned (after same phone call) to hear that staff had let someone else in ahead. Fast forward we are still waiting three hours later.
