Would give 1, but don't know the people... I have been trying to get in for my knee for awhile now, once I got a call to make an appointment I missed it. Called back a bunch of times, left voicemails etc. Thankfully got a call back a week later so that's fine. Now, something came up and I couldn't make it to the appointment. Again, I call, leave voicemails, and no response. I never received another call, nor will I be remaking an appointment. Worst experience, they do the ultrasound and told us we are going to have the baby boy at 22 weeks of my pregnancy. We have brought clothes and everything according to that but we are blessed with baby girl , we are really happy but that shows how the technician is not well knowledgeable to predict the gender in anatomy scan.worst experience
Henriette is so great! I have anxiety with medical imaging and impending results and she takes great care and time to explain the process and what she sees during an ultrasound. She eased my mind greatly after my most recent appointment! I cannot say enough great things about her. I also very much appreciate having this clinic in Humboldt. As someone who is required to get regular ultrasounds, having this clinic so accessible locally saves me time off work and travel.
Ultrasound tech is very helpful, talked us thru the whole thing, told us what was going on and was a great experience
