Feeling very nervous about a procedure that I had to have done, I was greeted by a lovely and friendly receptionist that could see how anxious and scared I was. I was then introduced to Liz Rank who preformed the invasive procedure and she was wonderful. Calmed me down and was gentle. A true health Professional. Thank you
