If I can stop anyone having the same experience as me I will. After two months back and forth to the doctors, I decided to book a private scan as we lost my mum very young to bowel cancer and some similar symptoms I was having. I came for an ‘abdominal cancer screening scan’ very worried. I entered the room and instantly felt uncomfortable, chaperone and sonographer didn’t even speak to me. Very friendly and professional staff with excellent service! I had a blood test and I was amazed by how quick they were even though I went there a day before the bank holiday.
Excellent service from Ultrasound team, from initial booking to getting scan done. Results given on same day, well worth considering as opposed to waiting for months on the NHS for a scan.
Sonographer very proffessional patient, respectful and understanding. The only thing I wish they had was a page on their website introducing their team—it would be reassuring for visitors to know more about who they’re seeing that's all but a lovely place. Thanks
