Rochelle, the technician, was friendly and nice. I would recommend this place for ultrasound as there was no long wait.
Called to book an appointment here and had the misfortune of talking to Lori on the phone. She was extremely rude and dismissive from the start. Talked over me, didn’t let me finish sentences and basically told me they couldn’t help. Will never return and will not recommend
I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about, I had an amazing experience for my 20 week pregnancy ultrasound. Both reception and the ultrasound tech were great; efficient, kind and thorough. Definitely would return for future.
Great place for obstetrical ultrasounds. The technicians are trained, professional, and understanding of those with more complex pregnancy histories. They take a history and care about your past experiences, in order to be very thorough. They book fast & far out, so call as soon as you have your requisition, but they do have a wait-list if needed. Clean and professional clinic, but if you're going through something emotional or more complex, I wouldn’t recommend it. The experience felt impersonal, with very little privacy or sensitivity. The setup for the transvaginal ultrasound was uncomfortable—just a small corner to change in (in the room with technician), the technician stayed in the room while I wiped afterward, and some of the conversation felt out of place. It might work well for routine care, but for anything more vulnerable, I’d look elsewhere.
