Called for details on services after not receiving replies after three attempts via their website over a period of two months. The person I spoke with was rude and confrontational when I noted that I hadn't received responses. Ironically, I was referred to them by another blind company that was unable to provide the service I was seeking. I hope the other company evaluates who they make references for. Fortunately I found another company that was completely professional.
