I've done both the Red Light Treatment and the personal training with Kenny. The Red Light Treatment definitely helped burn calories and make me feel a lot lighter and refreshed! I'd also recommend doing personal training with him because he's able to pivot and adjust to the needs of his clients if they are feeling any pain! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!
