Do not go to- awful customer service and very rude. I was 6 mins late for my appt due to traffic on Woodruff road and they said the cut off is five minutes and would not see me over one minute. Will never go to ever.
I am absolutely shocked and surprised at the bad attitude and lack of professionalism of the management staff at the Woodruff store location. If you have a situation where you are burned from a waxing and they offer to have the next one done for free, be very careful because most likely they will not honor their offer. Their logic is you only get one free waxing; however, the first free waxing is given by some apartment complexes for being a new tenant as well as a new Ultraskin customer.
