Shane was professional throughout the entire process of redoing a job that our tenants had originally arranged. Unfortunately, it appeared that someone soiled the carpet again after the initial cleaning, and the smell just wasn’t right. Shane came back and re-cleaned it at no charge, even though it was clearly not his fault. That’s what great service looks like!
