awesome company, I purchased my umbrella about 14 years ago, it still looks as good as it did the day I had it delivered, outstanding quality, I have recently done some renovating in my pool area and wanted to move my umbrella and needed the part that goes in the ground so I did not have to dig the old one up, Shaun was so helpful, I am in Perth and I had the new part in just over a week, I cannot get anything delivered locally that quick. We purchased an Ultrashade umbrella just over a year ago (Dec 2023) and the whole sales process was a fantastic experience, not to mention how quick delivery was prior to christmas to rural NSW. We were certainly impressed with the umbrella! Easy to deal with and they really know umbrellas. We had a few minor hiccups with loading but that was not completely Ultrashades fault. They answered all our questions promptly and were very keen to hear from us if we had any issues. Would like to know if there is an assembly video for the cantilever style we purchased but the printed instructions were adequate.
