Amazing service. Quick turn around. Well kept secret in KW region
While I got in quickly for an X-ray and specifically asked if the results would be sent to my chiropractor, after almost a month there were no results. My chiro even went in to inquire and was told there would be an extra fee and more waiting for a radiologist to look at them. Landon the results weren’t sent and he had to make a special trip there to get them. Absolutely ridiculous. Would not recommend
I went to this facility couple of times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Would prefer this clinic every single time.
While the actual appointment today was compassionate and respectful, the professionalism of the staff beforehand was atrocious. I watched two folks walk in for an X-ray within minutes of each other. The second patient was an older lady who was in obvious pain, looking for a foot X-ray. The front desk clerk gave both reqs to the X-ray technician, as this older woman stood before them, telling the tech that she had two walk-in X-rays.
