All tho chad was extremely informative and helpful. I paid double what i should have. Did research online of kit i purchased. Hind sight is 20/20, I recommend looking online b4 visiting any shop including this one. Swag kit by vaporesso 34.99 battery 9.99. Juice 13.99. Total 60 bucks. Same items inshop I paid 113.00. Waste hard earned money. I will most likely never visit this shop or recommend it..

I have been vaping for the past 6 yrs. and have tried many vape shops and ultravape is by far the best shop I have found. The owners and staff are great, knowledgeable and know there stuff. The best selection of juice and accessories, if you have any questions be sure to speak up and they have the answers. The staff here have never toyed to sell me what I don't need and to me that's important. So do your research before you go so you have questions and know what your flavor preferences.

Honestly felt really used going to this place. Having this being my first Mod to get, had my eyes set on one and asked the employee if this was a descent one for beginners. He said for a beginner I should get the mod and tank separate and said they had a special for it for $45 for both. Honestly I'm a big guy and the one he sold me was as small as my thumb. The mod only went up to 35 watts and was leaking ALOT!!!! Tried contacting them 2 days later stating was unhappy and they said all sales were final. To me feel very taken... read more
