Outstanding customer service and knowledge of the beds. We tried an assortment of different mattresses, where shown the functions and options and we got free sheets and a pillow. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
We bought Guru Nano-gel mattresses for our Ultramatic twin beds in August 2024. First the two mattresses were 2 inches shorter than the base. They were only 78" long, but sold to us as 80". Within 2 months, I was feeling the nanogel cups in my back and it was very uncomfortable, not to mention getting up in the morning with a sore back. Suzie @ Ultramatic suggested we buy two new nanogel toppers $500 each. Why would we have to put toppers on two brand new $2000 mattresses?
