My parents purchased Ultramatic beds over thirty years ago. We finally replaced them with a new one for our mother from the Lawrence Ave. showroom. The sales rep, Tiiu was most helpful, patient and accommodating to our 97 year old mother. It was an easy process for someone in a wheelchair. Tina, from delivery went beyond the call of duty to get the bed delivered and setup ASAP. We also made arrangements for them to remove the very old and heavy bed.

Outstanding customer service and knowledge of the beds. We tried an assortment of different mattresses, where shown the functions and options and we got free sheets and a pillow. We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
We bought Guru Nano-gel mattresses for our Ultramatic twin beds in August 2024. First the two mattresses were 2 inches shorter than the base. They were only 78" long, but sold to us as 80". Within 2 months, I was feeling the nanogel cups in my back and it was very uncomfortable, not to mention getting up in the morning with a sore back.
