We recently purchased an Ultramatic queen split but after 2 days realized it was too small for us. We contacted Ultramatic staff immediately and Suzie, Senior Customer Care Consultant was very helpful and responsive. We successfully exchanged it for a single king which we are super happy with. Althought there were a few weeks delay getting the new mattress made. Overall we are very happy with the product and service!
Delivered, set up and all packaging removed in a professional manner. Ordering was very efficient and we recieved lots of great advice on the selection of the bed. Best price on the market at the time.
We finally received our bed. Ultramatic went above and beyond to help us, since the bed we ordered was on back order, and my husband needed a bed due to his health issues. They brought up a bed to our new home in Wasaga Beach, so we had a place for him until the bed we bought and paid for could be delivered. The two gentlemen who delivered our bed today were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Ultramatic for your support and kindness during this difficult time. Eileen and Lloyd Petersen
