I was never an employee as you are mistaken who I am. My father had UM for service and it was just awful. poor Service, over price, the biggest Rip off/Scam of a Company there is. Can’t even tell customers for employees.
I love these guys my pool always looks grea.t i had stains in my pool from bad treatments when i bought my current house. Ultramarine's regular weekly treatments these stains have all but dissapeared.
We use Ultramarine Pools, LLC for our weekly service and any repairs needed. Jacob our technician is reliable and does an amazing job! He even tolerates our pugs joining him. We have had our filter replaced and a valve replaced in addition to our regular service. You will not be disappointed if you choose them. I always get prompt and friendly replies when calling or emailing for service. I love that they bring their own pool cleaner so our pump is not used!
Below is the first review I wrote about Ultramarine Pools. It has been several weeks and they have stepped up and taken care of the problems. I have increased the rating to 4 stars and will increase it to 5 stars if they keep up the good work. This is quite possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. Six times over a three week period they were no-shows for scheduled appointments.
