Very poor customer service. Do not show up on scheduled dates and service agents treat us with total disrespect when called for expected delivery. We were customers with them for over 30 years and the service has deteriorated drastically over the last 10 years.
The staff was friendly, the establishment was clean
No warning they are no longer honouring air miles as of Jan 2020. Called for oil in a Friday - advised delivery the following Tuesday - no delivery. Called - they couldn't find ticket so said they would call back. No call back. Called Irving to set up new account and request oil delivery. Then called back to Ultramar to cancel any previous deliveries and to close our account due to bad service. Advised by Kim at Ultramar ticket was cancelled.
