I would give zero stars. This company is gouging their customers, taking advantage of people in need of heat in the bitter winters. They deliberately delay your oil delivery to force you to run out of oil, then they charge an EXTRA $450 emergency delivery fee on top of already astronomical heating oil prices. They take your money as soon as you place the order, then make you wait for 2 weeks plus, until you have run out of heating oil, to force you to pay the emergency delivery fee. After dealing with this company for well over 10+ years I receive a call stating that I have to start calling for my home heating oil deliveries and not because there is anything wrong with my account but because I should had never been on automatic deliveries and it took them over 10 years to figure this out.
beware of scammers , they over charge , they are not accurate deliver you 500 liters but charge you for 550 liters. there oil for heating is water downed. stay far away . the reviews are terrible for a reason. 100% scammers.

Ça fait 2 années de suite qu'on manque de mazout. J'appelle ce soir (vendredi) disant que le réservoir est presque vide. On ne peut pas m'en livrer parce que je ne suis pas à sec et on ne peut pas faire le message pour qu'on vienne en livrer lundi parce que les bureaux sont fermés. Service vraiment déplorable.
