I have been using the service for many years. However, since they merged with another company my lawn has never looked worse. Im one of the only people that uses a lawn service and my lawn looks so much worse than any other lawns on the street! It's beyond unacceptable and I feel like I've been scammed! You can't even access their website anymore. This shouldn't happen to anyone else. Its robbery.

My mother used this company for a many years. Her yard was always the greenest and very healthy. Last month after spraying the yard, it has been destroyed. I wish I could upload a picture, because after speaking to them today and them telling me it was just a small area of her yard that looked brown (meanwhile it is her whole front yard). He says to me, have you seen it? Stated that there is no need to take her money and spray any fungicide because it's such a small area and nothing is wrong with her yard. I am writing this review for my father. He hired this company for the first time in 2017. He has never had lawn care troubles or grubs in three decades of homeownership. After a treatment application, the employee told my dad he had grubs everywhere in the yard and that it would cost over $200 to treat it. No neighbors have any grubs and they do nothing to care for their yards. It seems likely that the company planted the insects themselves to take advantage of my father and upsell him.
