leo and larry gave me top tier service. great atmosphere and great equipment
I recently signed up to this gym back in august, I couldn’t recommend more for anyone who wants to start their fitness journey. Everyone is very welcoming in there especially the front desk. A guy named Larry who’s in there in the mornings, is such a chill dude and always down to help with any of your concerns.
Best gym in the North Shore! Great staff, solid equipment, and an awesome atmosphere. Shoutout to the 5AM crew Frank, Larry, and Josue for always holding it down.
I come in the early mornings after working overnight. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Fridges full of energy drinks, gatorade, preworkout and protein drinks. So many flavors to taste that i dont get bored. Amazing equipment and an environment of like minded lifters to help motivate me when I feel lifeless. Recommend this gym to all friends and family
