I just completed a 6 week Ultrafit course in Tring and look forward to carrying on. It’s an amazing workout, I’ve already seen positive results in my energy and fitness levels after 3 years of no exercise postpartum. Paul Winton is a top notch instructor, he is professional, punctual (important when the workout is at 6am!), approachable and very knowledgeable about fitness.
