Horrible...... NO! ZERO customer service. Placed an order in March 1 paid for expedited shipping for March 7. Order says it’s still processing. I have emailed 3 times and called countless times just to get a message saying extension not available.
Hiiiighly recommend steering clear... Worked with them for years but something changed. Now my business card order is 3 weeks late and their response is "yours isn't the worst, there's orders from months ago we still haven't fulfilled." The fact that dude just said this to me just sounds like nobody cares and it's just a sinking ship at this point. For a business card order too...
