Left my vehicle on Tuesday morning to have a 2" scratch on the hood and a small dimple repaired. On Wednesday I was told by the Shop Manager that it was headed to be painted. Called back on Friday at midday and was told that it was not ready. Told them to put the hood back on the vehicle and I would pickup. Absolutely NOTHING done to vehicle in the 4 days they had it. Vehicle filthy on outside and inside with shop dust. Never again!
Had a 10 AM appointment and no one there. Called but no answer. Weird.
