I’ve been a patient at Ultracare Medical Office for over a year, and while I genuinely like Dr. O, the overall experience has become increasingly frustrating and concerning. Wait times are consistently excessive and contradict what patients are told. I’ve been advised to book early afternoon appointments between 1:00 and 1:15 to be seen promptly, yet my 1:15 appointment today was not addressed until 2:15, and I did not leave until 3:00.
