We are very pleased with Ultra Windows. Went with the DY aluminum in prairie grid style. They look great and Ultra’s installation and clean up were wonderful. This was the second home that we’ve done with Ultra Windows. I highly recommend.
I did extensive research before our windows replacement project. I got 4 quotes and Ultra Windows was able to provide quality aluminum windows for the price of other companies' vinyl products ... and almost half of one bid! The warranty was not as robust as others (i.e., lifetime, breakage, etc.), but it was a good warranty. Ultra Windows replaced 6 windows in my house about 15 years ago. Service was very professional; windows not only looked great, but also reduced outside noise level. During COVID, we noticed a little crack in one of the windows. They came out immediately and replaced the windows without any issues. Ultra Windows supplied and installed my replacement Don Young windows. Aaron Ross was our Ultra Windows contact and he did an excellent job of keeping us updated and explained the differences in the various window types available. George and team installed the 19 replacement windows to perfection.
