Had an appointment at 9:00am had to call at 9:25am when no one showed up to be told someone called in sick and had to reschedule. While I understand things happen, it would have been nice to recieve that communication prior to the appointment time as I had already rearranged my morning for this appt.
Wow, like 1/3rd the price of everyone else on the market done with the best equipment, a great attitude & integrity to respect the relationship between the service provided & the price charged! Someone pinch me cause I thought I somehow ended up back in the 50s. If I was his competition, Id be afraid. Id be very afraid!
I would highly recommend ultra vac to anyone looking for a duct cleaning before the weather gets cold and the furnace starts kicking on. They were very accommodating to our tight timeline, we gave short notice, and they made sure they got our furnace and ducts cleaned up for us before we moved into our new home. Our technician Chris was very professional, respectful to our home, and was quick, efficient, and thorough with our cleaning, inspecting his work as he went to make sure it was up to par.
