Booked my car in for a service and also asked if they could check my driver’s side window which they advised they could do, as it wasn’t going up or down and was stuck halfway up. When I picked the car up, I was told the window regulator needed replacing, which was also noted on the invoice. I sourced a part myself and called Ultra Tune back to confirm whether it was definitely the regulator and not the motor, and asked if they had pulled the door panel off to check.
