It’s unfortunate that I have to post this review as the guys in the shop were great to deal with, but after a recent experience with their quality of work I feel it’s my obligation to make others aware of the issues I had with recent works completed on my car which placed my family’s life at risk. It’s 8.24am and I am waiting for Ultratune Warrandyte to open up. Very poor service, absolutely no communication by Ultratune days before or today. When you ring Ultratune no one will answer your call. They have call back service but message service is full so call back complete waste of time. Not happy and certainly would not recommend this business to any one. Clearly Ultratune no longer care about the customer.
The staff were fantastic. Very helpful, they went above and beyond.
Very professional, thorough and reasonably priced. Very happy with the repairs to my car.
