Scorching hot day and my hiace gears seized in 3rd gear. Rolled to a stop. After ringing a few mechanics my teenage daughter spoke to Brenton (I think?) at ultra tune and he came to help us immediately. Had a solid look under the car and tried pumping the clutch etc as he tried to unjam the gears. Was unsuccessful but gave it a red hot try!! After our breaking down on the way home from holidays the amazing two guys at Ultra Tune literally dropped everything when we arrived. The guys looked over our car and tried to get it working and once realising it was a big repair job they continued to help us in anyway they could to get our car and us home that night. They went way beyond what is expected and its impossible to explain how grateful we we're.
