Matt (the new owner, previously Anthony) and Staff are always very professional and understanding. We have been getting our vehicles serviced at Ultratune for more than 20 years and will continue to do so .
Had a bit of a dilemma while on a trip in Toowoomba. The latch on the rear passenger door wouldnt latch and I had my kids in the back seat. Ford wouldn't help me, (they said they were too busy). Thankfully Matt was able to come to my rescue. Not only did he track down the part needed, one of his team went and picked it up and they had it sorted within the hour.
