Shocking service and completely over quoting for parts. I asked for a full diagnostic of the car as knew it needed some work. Missed 100% of the work I didn’t inform them of when dropping the car off. Tried to Charge for a starter motor that wasn’t required. Return the car 4 weeks later as wasn’t running well Quoted $2500+ for new work. That should have been flagged in original check. Great blokes, my indicators stopped working right in the middle of a busy day. Popped in and was fixed in minutes. Went to pay and they sent me on my way free of charge. That's bloody brilliant
I had a great experience with car service today. A really nice front office team and all work was quoted at time of booking. Drop off was simple and pick up time given. I usually dread the call during the day re maintenance issues but no bad surprises today, just honest comments about potential future work to be done. I am very happy with this team and will definitely book with them again.
Thanks James for your help with my Camry. Got the clutch and brakes sorted for me right before Christmas. The car drives great now and the price was much better than I thought it would be. Second service just done with Tingalpa, still great service!
