I agree 100% with Matt Houston. I think her name is Mary and she is a very dishonest person with very poor integrity. My safety and those on the road were at risk twice in the span of under 2 weeks with this business. I have all the money in the world to have my imported performance car back in its proper condition. In regard to basic repairs needed to be done for the vehicle, I keep getting these "good will checks and expect no more" attitude from staff when raising serious concerns about safety and condition of the vehicle... read more
Mary and her husband went out of their way to source the parts for my car and made sure that whatever faulty is fixed before they gave it back to me. I got my VW Tiguan clockspring and airbag replaced, 2 new tyres fitted, and a wheel alignment done. They even fixed my rear wiper which I thought was broken. As they needed to keep my car overnight, I was offered a free-of-charge loan car for the day so that I can commute to work. I got my baby (i.e. car) back and very happy with the service :)
The Receptionist along with the owner Adam are extremely nice and understanding, ask for every detail so they know exactly how to tackle the problem, time efficient , fact check and accurate pricing as well as real advice on your vehicle 100% recommend.
