On Friday 6 June, I called Ultra Tune Stafford and spoke with Nathan. I urgently required an inspection for an oil leak, and if possible, a service that same day. I explained the vehicle had been intermittently emitting smoke, and that my neighbour (a qualified mechanic) had inspected the vehicle and confirmed oil was dripping onto the exhaust, likely the cause of the smoke.
