Great service and customer service. Got an update on my vehicle and got charged the price I was quoted.
Worst of all. Booked in for tyre servicing and fitted me wrong tyres and kept my car for nearly two days and thrteans to keep it for longer if i don’t service from them. Never ever go there
Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Nathan. I called to ask to see if he was able to check my speedo, he asks why after telling me I’m weird for wanting my Speedo checked for its accuracy, I then proceed to explain my “personal” reason as to why I want it done and he then taunts me and laughs telling me I’d be unsuccessful, was spoken over the top of in a rude manner. I’ll be taking my complaint further with ultra tune head office in regards to the owner of this share in the company.
Outstanding service—professional, efficient,, friendly mechanics who communicated clearly, respected my time, and delivered excellent workmanship throughout.
