I was on holiday in Cairns leaving the next day so was in need of a quick tire puncture repair. After trying two other mechanics ultra tune was able to fit me in. Very happy with the service and flexibility
A really friendly professional experience. I booked my car in for a 2 year log book service. I usually go to the dealer, but was totally over the awful customer service. Rob, was friendly on arrival, asked me what time I would like my car back by. Alot of places tell you it will be 4 hours etc. Communication was 1st class. My clutch went to the floor,rang ,Rob,and got it to him about 12.30.It was repaired by 3.30,it was contaminated fuild,very good service,thank's Rob Regards Bob Mackey
