Management was very friendly and understanding when rescheduling my service. The customer service is why I recommend your business and why I return every year. All fees are explained and presented clearly, that really builds my trust when you recommend replacing motor parts.
I had an issue with my suspension and was able to get the car seen the next day. I thought I knew what the issue was (would have been an expensive fix) and I told the guys at Ultratune what I thought it might be. They diagnosed the car correctly and it turned out to be a much cheaper fix. It even turned out to be an easier job than originally quoted and so the price came down further. Rude, very bad workmanship, disgusting behaviour from reception people! Foul language from employees, I’ll NEVER recommend this place or any across Australia’s entirety! Over priced and dodgy work carried out on vehicles as I’ve recently found out by previous customers.
I am a backpacker and I am always scare of being scam. Here is not the case. I came to have a safety check and compared to the others mécanicien around the price is very competitive. The person who welcomes me was very nice and took the time to answer my questions and even call a store for me. They are very helpful. I recommend this place and I will definitely come back. Cheers
