I brought my car in to have an issue inspected. Although the mechanic identified the problem and attempted a fix by installing screws, the result was extremely disappointing. One of the screws was driven directly into the washer bottle, causing a leak. Additionally, two screws were placed into the body of my car, which potentially causes future problems such as rust due to exposed metal.
