Horrible experience. Took my car there for a service, it had no issues prior. Once completed the service (steep $700) drove it home to my country town for the weekend (3 days later) where it completely broke down. The manager at the Preston location did not offer any solution or take any blame for the car all of a sudden not being drivable. Fast forward another week where my battery has completely died for no reason at all prior to my work day. Incompetent, unreliable, unaccountable and unacceptable. The guy at the counter did not seemed interested in his job & was rude, wasn’t helpful one bit. I definitely don’t recommend the services here.
